Of course, the right of withdrawal according to §§ 355, 356 of the German Civil Code applies. We guarantee the right to return unused and unchanged goods within 14 days. Returning the goods on time will ensure the cancellation deadline (invoice date). We will not accept the re-consignment unless it is sufficiently franked. Herewith, the sales contract will be cancelled and we will repay the purchase price immediately provided that it was already paid.
